Dritan Goxhaj is an Albanian pilot and soldier. At a very young age, he joined the KLA together with his father, who became deputy chief of the Operative Staff, at the General Staff in Klecka, Kosovo. Dritani, together with 4 other military officers from Albania, leave the uniform of the Albanian army and wear that of the KLA. Unfortunately, in 2001, the Albanian state punished him for abandoning the FA. In 2000, Dritani takes an active part in the UCPBM in the Presheva Valley. Further, Dritani faces absurd persecutions in Albania. After a few years, he starts working at an airline company in Tirana as its security chief. Further, Dritani works in the Directorate of Civil Aviation as an aviation and flight safety expert. As such, he has completed several specializations abroad and aviation school in Turkey and Albania.

As a civil aviation expert, he has faced the "powers" several times for issues related to corruption and his problems in the national media. At the same time, he creates a family with a well-known female teacher in Tirana and today he is the father of a 5-year-old boy, I remember the day when he told me I became a father, now you will be better, I told him. The public confrontation with the authorities leaves Dritan out of work. He has a strong character and does not break down for the things he thinks are right.

In 2020, when Hashim Thaçi is arrested with others, he certainly revolts like many others for the absurd decisions of an absurd court. The essence is simple, he has held the same public positions as those of the Prime Minister of Albania, who made a resolution in the Council of Europe calling this court a shame and game of Russia.

At this point, Dritani has not even done a tenth of the Albanian Government, exposing this story that allegedly started from an article by an "independent journalist network called BIRN" based in Belgrade, which claimed that in the village of Gurrë In Burrel, the KLA committed organ trafficking and that the author or authors based on this article have received political asylum somewhere abroad. Dritani, as a former fighter, has a principled position when he mentions some of the witnesses against Sali Mustafa (Cali), whom he has an old friend, pointing out the falsity of their statements supported by political asylum outside Kosovo in the West. Now the Special Court of Kosovo, in the decision of the Court of Tirana that I have read, claims that Dritani has obstructed justice by opposing the legitimacy of the Court and has threatened the hidden witnesses by mentioning their names, which half of Kosovo already knows. While this masquerade is happening, two articles in Kosovapress and a television interview are cited in the Court's decision.

The bottom line is that anyone who goes against the Special Court set up by Russia and Serbia goes to jail, and a newspaper article is enough for that. Shame continues with the political class in Albania, the opposition is on vacation and does not say a single word about this scandal, the government is afraid to defend what it has done publicly and politically in Strasbourg, and meanwhile an innocent person is in prison and is at risk of being long because of this absurd situation.
