From what I have seen, read and heard about this matter, it seems to me that, if there had been no quarrel between Ben Ahmetaj and Mirel Mertir, and if Lefter had given the Fier concession contract to the "right" firm (a political economic consortium, which was created just for that project), there would have been neither arrests nor investigations.

Everyone would be happy. There was something for everyone and there was no political debate.

So simple is the origin of this noise that has now taken the form of explosions controlled by the government.

In fact, this is always the case, shout loudly those who lose the tenders. They demand and lobby for investigations. This happened to the incinerators as well. No one should be proud that "we denounced him". No one even asked about the denunciations. The losers lobbied hard, and not without success, for their poison.

The losers of the tender are the ones who made the gurgulena. Undoubtedly, the broken friendship of two old friends released some small truths.

I say small that the big truth is still well hidden. SPAK clearly never gets tired of going there. There are plenty of plane tickets up for grabs.

But what do you think, an affair of at least 300 million euros (a figure that emerges from the summation of SPAK's findings. No one knows what the exact amount is.!!) corruption is with plane tickets?!

Even if we accept the truth that the 2 villas of Beni's families are "spoils" of the incinerators, they are still very, very few in the 300 million. Many millions more are missing.

Now, there really are corrupt deals and SPAK should tell us how the 300 million was divided, or don't bother us with plane tickets and hotel rooms. Like Nexhmija's coffees.

Is there corruption or not?! That is the question.

Meanwhile, the public still doesn't know:

1. Why was it decided to stage?

2. Why 3 incinerators when there is obviously no waste for even 1?

3. Why was the environmental emergency imposed and how is it possible that 3 deputy ministers ordered the entire government?

4. What are these concessions when the state budget pays?! Concessions are given because the state does not pay.

5. Where was the money found for 3 contracts when there was no budget?

6. Why were discriminatory contracts approved for the state and ineffective? Validity is the first fundamental criterion of the concession.

7. What are these investigations separately based on political denunciations or popular reports?! Is there or is there not a structured criminal group to make sense of the work of SpAK?

This is why I am critical of SPAK on this matter. I have said these things, in fact, from the beginning.

We have only seen show arrests and escape arrests so far.
