Manjani: Strasbourg was full of vetting efforts for judge Ervin Metalla

Strasbourg also ruled in favor of former judge Ervin Metalla, the state must compensate him after his dismissal by Vetting

Congratulations to Ervin Metalla!

Ervin Metalla is the next judge to be subjected to vetting procedures, which also require secure employment in the courts of appeal.

The Strasbourg Court has ruled in favor of Judge Metalla, declaring the vetting decisions here unfair and disproportionate.

Look at why the "masters" of vetting dismissed the judge. They told him that you took out a house loan from a bank in Durrës and you bought the house in Tirana with the money from the loan!!!

Even the bank that gave him the loan hadn't thought of this idiotic argument. The vetting staff fired the judge and ruined his career with theirs.

But Strasbourg has decided differently, multiplying this foolish and completely meaningless logic by zero.

Judge Metalla is well-educated in our school and justice system. He has never been in the news for any affair or corruption. A fair judge and prominent activist. He has founded several legal organizations and recently founded and led the Judges' Association, which was very active at the time, when it is known that lawyers are dormant beings in this regard.

His removal from the system was a big vetting mistake and one of many shoddy decisions that vetting has made.

Apparently, Strasbourg is also feeling the effects of the intoxication from the "success" of vetting in Albania and is realizing that the removal of magistrates like Ervin Metalla has damaged the system.

Perhaps Strasbourg will drag its feet and impose justice on many other names waiting in line.

But we must gather our minds about one thing:

Vetting was and remains a legal vileness, anti-process and anti-state. Strasbourg is showing this more and more.

***

One more thing:

Imagine that instead of Ervin Metalla and others like the one who cut off his vetting, now the vetting officers want to go. The latter have provided evidence, now confirmed by Strasbourg, that they are not judges but butchers.

So the reform removed judges to be replaced with butchers.

*It is good to report this "success" model at this world law congress...
