On political accusations and the 1200 lek fines

Those who engage in politics and file criminal charges against opponents or even political colleagues have not had and will never have my respect.

They are a vain people. They are incapable of political confrontation, so they use criminal means to fight the other politician.

Young people in politics have this behavior more prominently. They are born losers and are not for politics. They are 1200 lek fuksas!

I 100% agree that all these diligent informants should be called to courtrooms and, under oath, testify before the court.

The manliness they don't show in politics, at least they should give explanations with criminal consequences for what they do.

Without a doubt, criminal reporting is not an instrument of political honesty and manliness. Those who do it are political deficient.

On the other hand, registering criminal proceedings and pursuing criminal prosecution with political reports and accusers makes justice highly political and vulnerable from the point of view of legal standards.

Political accusations are anger, not denunciation of criminal facts. Criminal prosecution cannot be carried out on the basis of vindictive anger, because it also makes justice that way, i.e. vindictive.

In fact, even with what we have seen so far, cases initiated with political accusers have not yielded anything, except for politically motivated arrests of mobs.

This is not justice, and for this, the responsibility no longer lies with the political accusers, but with the judiciary, which has lowered the bar too much.

Politicians can be gossipers and this does not make them good men, but justice is the key word and this practice should be restrained.

Political, anonymous and popular whistleblowers cannot be the reason for initiating criminal proceedings. This is stated in every normal legal text.
