If it is expected that in every area of ??life we ??develop with time as it flies by, it seems that politics or doing politics seems to remain on the same track for centuries. Because the leader-people relationships, although the political systems differ, are still the same.

Throughout the centuries, the leaders or those who govern us have been seen by the people as superhuman beings; god-sent and inviolable in perpetual effort to give them absolute confidence in any decision that seemed right to them.

This is why peoples in general appear easily submissive and regularly spectators of a spectacle such as 'One-Man-Show', precisely when and when their leader is capable or has the talent to demonstrate this quality.

Therefore, the voices that try to be antagonistic to him, if there will be any here and there, remain only a few light waves on the Adriatic coast.

The question that comes to mind is that if a leader is born or is it made in your journey?

Is only talent enough or is a great deal of work and a careful management in every detail required? Or is it fate that plays the main role? What if the answer is a little bit of everything?!

Today's modern leaders, beyond their abilities, seem inclined to develop a new concept in relation to the people; it is their sentimental relationship with the masses. In the new world of Generation Z, undoubtedly social networks, platforms such as fb, instagram, podcast, youtube or spotify clearly exert their pressure forcing them to fight feverishly beyond desire, age and ambition now, to be present in some form new, entering mostly and violently into the subconscious of the people to be 'in' or to give color or motive to their life full of challenges.

And what should be their purpose then? What do they want to achieve? Dreams! Make them dream.

But can this be achieved under the guise of a politician wearing a 'black & white' tie? The past teaches us that these portraits have already moved away from today's modern politics.

These cuts of bureaucrats mostly belong to the old systems and a world where the bureaucrat's pencil was more important than his hidden passions. Today we live in a different world.

If we want to build a leader today, he should definitely not be the leader in his traditional costume. But another, the one who dances, the one who acts and why not the one who cries, standing out on the stage of the game with his personality. Showing us episodes from his life, to prove to us that he is just one of us. Is this common to all peoples? For all countries? Of course not!

Considering the expression as the country is made and the assembly, we must admit that in Anglo-Saxon societies, for example, it is difficult to give birth to such a leader, since societies independent of the system as a whole do not allow their leaders to go outside the framework of bureaucracy or technocracy, respectively minimizing their sentimental relationship with the people.

The citizen is the one who chooses between people who are ready to enter politics and who combine such virtues and skills, despite the fact that they do not always manage to hit the mark to bring us figures like Kennedy, Berlusconi, Merkel, Zelensky and even to our prime minister, Edi Rama.

All of these in different circumstances, periods and cultures have managed to be leaders of their own personal shows with career ups and downs precisely because their portrait has gone beyond the context of political parties and terms of position-opposition.

The last two visits of Rama with the diasporas in Greece and Italy proved exactly this; the ability to be a leader across geographical boundaries, the emotional connection through national values, the achievements mixed with the reminiscence of the past and the aura of a completely show-man leader.

Despite the fact that with different neighbors we show different behavior.

Such leadership performances are based on "love for people". Such a leader never retires; he is always ready to sacrifice longer for the people.

And if this was your future dream, make people think that your absence will leave more traces in time than your presence, giving beyond expectations the image of an irreplaceable name.
