Large fire at a tire collection point in Fushë-Milot, soot covers the area

A fire broke out on Monday evening in a pile of car tires in the Fushë-Milot area.

The event caused thick smoke, which covered part of the main road, making vehicle traffic difficult on the Lezhë-Laç axis.

Firefighters from Kurbin, assisted by firefighters from Lezha, immediately arrived at the scene and are working to extinguish the flames and prevent further spread to the surrounding area.

Fortunately, no injuries have been reported so far, and the cause of the fire is still unknown. Police are also on the scene and are working to determine the cause of the fire.
