33-year-old man goes to Durres hospital with gunshot wound to the leg

A gunshot wound was recorded this evening in the city of Durrës.

A 33-year-old man, Mateo Duma, was injured in the leg and presented himself to the regional hospital emergency room for medical assistance.

Preliminary police information:

On 03.11.2025, at around 16:20, citizen MD, 31 years old, resident of Durrës, went to the emergency room of Durrës Hospital for medical assistance, out of danger to his life, who is suspected of having been injured in the foot (in the heel area), with a firearm, under still unclear circumstances.

An investigative group has been established and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, work is underway to fully clarify the circumstances of the case.
