From Endrit Shabani to Adriana Kalaja, the names of the candidates for the
Ombudsman Building

The names of 23 candidates running for the position of Ombudsman, one of the most important institutions for the protection of citizens' rights, have been made public.

The list includes well-known figures from public and political life, including former candidates for parliament, civil society activists, and lawyers with long experience in the field of justice.

Among the most prominent names are Adriana Kalaja, Endrit Shabani, chairman of "Nisma Thurje", and lawyer Saimir Vishaj.

Today was the deadline to apply for the position of Ombudsman, a position that until now was held by Erinda Ballanca.
