Shpresa Krëku, the 41-year-old woman who ended her life by consuming phostoxin, was taken to her last apartment today .
Neighbors, residents of the village of Bilçe in Berat, have spoken to the media, saying that she was a wonderful girl, but they raised doubts that she may suffer from depression.
According to them, her only problem was the absence of her husband Çlirim Kreku, who lived in the village of Thessaloniki in Greece and came very rarely and only stayed for a few days.
"Excellent, nothing was missing. Now we don't know, there must have been some depression because there is no way", said a neighbor.
"For me, as far as I have known him, he is an example. That if they had any family conflict with each other, I don't know anything about that. The girl was a person and I felt sorry when I saw her on the pole. I don't know how they got there. Her husband here worked with paints, in Greece I don't know. They had two children together. For me, they are an honorable family, all like a family. When I heard it, I didn't believe it anymore ," said another.
Off camera, some neighbors have said that the woman had shown signs of depression after arguing with her husband on the phone every day, asking him to come home to her and the children.
The 41-year-old had argued with her husband Çlirim Krëku, on the phone, since the latter had been living in Thessaloniki, Greece for 1 year.
"I can't do it anymore, brother, leave the children," she told him, and then she drank 3 grains of Fostoxin.
After the call from the 41-year-old woman, her brother immediately went to her apartment in the village of Bilçë in Berat, where he found her in critical condition.
He first sent him to the Berat Regional Hospital and then he was transported to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, where he was found dead 15 minutes after arrival.
The cause of the self-poisoning of the mother of two children is still a mystery, while the age notice does not mention the name of the husband, only the parents, brother and children.
The 41-year-old asked in the last moments of her life to be buried in the village of Banaj near her family, and that's what happened.
