The names of the seven members of the concession awarding committee, who are suspected of favoring the merger of the companies "Mabco Costruksion", "Yda Group" and "2A Group" to win the concession for the construction of Vlora Airport, a project that has already been called into question due to legal clashes between the two shareholders, Behgjet Pacolli and Valon Ademi, have been revealed.

These are citizens Klejda Ngjela, currently Secretary General at the Ministry of Interior, Teuta Balili, Ervin Duraj, Lilika Radovicka, Edlira Kraja, Aurora Pengu and Gezmir Vehbi. The Special Prosecution Office has already communicated to them the charge of "violation of equality in tenders", committed in collaboration.

This is because, as stated in the file: "There are suspicions that the members of the concession awarding commission, in collaboration with each other, have favored the merger of the companies "Mabco Costruksion", "Yda Group" and "2A Group" in the qualification and in the announcement of the winner of the concession procedure".
