He killed the elderly in Memaliaj, the court leaves Blerti Kanushi in prison

The first level of the judiciary has left Blerti Kanushi, the 23-year-old arrested as the perpetrator of the murder of 72-year-old Faik Ajdini in Zhapokike, Memaliaj, in prison indefinitely.

Darovi Ajdini will remain under house arrest. The latter is accused of disappearing evidence of the crime.

Initially, it was the prosecutor Bledar Bala who explained in detail the circumstances of the event that happened in the village of Zhapokike, where he clarified and documented with material evidence the activity of Blerti Kanushi.

The latter remained silent the entire time and did not react at any moment, leaving the right of reaction to his lawyer, Malo Sadikaj. The latter and the other lawyer of the arrested woman, Agron Iljazi, in their speech clarified the position of their clients, asking for a lighter measure.

Afterwards, the chairperson of the session, Entela Selmanaj, ordered the arrest in prison for Blerti Kanushi and house arrest for Darovi Hajdin.
