The lawyer of Dibran Hoxha, known as "Cobra", the young man who killed the Kuksian in his bar "Kobra City" in Prizren, has surprised with his reasoning regarding the incident.

According to Kosovo media, the holding of the weapon by "Cobra", his defense lawyer, Nexhat Elshani, justifies it by saying that the weapon is for men.

"Yes, it is a popular saying that the gun is for men, and the holder or the bearer of the gun knows in advance that he has responsibility and at the moment when he is attacked, of course he answers and he has answered", he said.

But in a later statement, the lawyer stated that the statement he made was the statement of his client, i.e. of "Cobra".

"The argument is that there are women there. Not my lover, not why I pushed her. So they collided with each other. Women never make a fuss. Don't misinterpret my statements," added the lawyer.

We recall that "Cobra" was sentenced for "carrying weapons without a permit" in 2009 with a fine of 1,000 euros. Three years later, in 2012, in the second verdict, the court did not increase the second sentence since the criminal offense was being repeated, on the contrary, the fine was reduced to 850 euros.

A year later, for the third time in 2013, "Cobra" was sentenced to a fine for possession of a weapon without a permit, but for the judge, this served to reduce the value of the fine, now to 800 euros.
