A 32-year-old man has been arrested by Tirana Police after robbing a supermarket on Dibra Street.

32-year-old Eljado Prendaj had stolen a large amount of money from the market.

After the arrest, the police also conducted a search of his apartment where the stolen amount of money, the clothing used during the crime, and a hard object with which he broke the store's window were found.

Announcement:

In the early hours of the morning, a 32-year-old man broke into a supermarket on Dibra Street and stole a large amount of money. He was caught immediately after the incident.

The arrested person, with a precedent in the same field.

The amount of stolen money, as well as the clothing and items used during the crime, are seized.

Immediately after the report of a burglary, in the early hours of the morning, at a business on Dibra Street, the services of Police Commissariat No. 4 organized the work to identify and capture the perpetrator.

As a result of the immediate intervention, the perpetrator, citizen EP, 32 years old, resident of Tirana, was caught and arrested.

Further, a search was conducted in his apartment, where the amount of stolen money, the clothing used during the crime, and a hard object with which he broke the store's window were found.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
