A road accident occurred this Sunday at around 2:00 PM, on the secondary road axis, at the Kallmet - Lezhë intersection, where the vehicle driven by citizen ZB, 31 years old, went off the road.

Two ambulances and firefighters went to the scene, where thanks to the quick and professional intervention of the latter, it was possible to extract two citizens who had been trapped in the vehicle that had fallen into the canal.

As a result of the accident, the driver of the vehicle and the passenger, citizen ZB, 51 years old, were slightly injured.

Both are in Lezha hospital, where they are receiving medical assistance, and their lives are out of danger.

The investigation team is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
