VIDEO/ VISUALIZATION of the TRAGIC Jet Ski accident at the Rock of Kavaja

Two English tourists near the " Rock of Kavaja " rented a Jet Ski , which they used for several hours.

After being equipped with life jackets, they crossed into the area designated for floating vehicles and did not return until they were spotted by the border police.

Tv Klan has published footage of the incident that occurred on Sunday morning.

As seen in this video, the two English tourists are waiting to depart on a Jet Ski.

After being helped by the rental car employee, they set off at 09:41.

During this time, their friends film them with their phones to document their trip to the sea.

As the two English tourists sail out to sea, two border police officers appear at the business to check their documentation.

Eight minutes after they left the seashore, the victim Sylvester Obeng , who was the driver of the vehicle, performed a high-speed maneuver and consequently lost control of the vehicle, ending up under him, while his partner was in the open sea.

This scene, as it appears in the video, is spotted by their friend on the beach, who alerts the business owner and police officers.

The latter radioed the patrol that was at sea conducting checks.

The border police boat sets off at high speed, but arrives 1 minute later near the two English tourists. They try to provide first aid, but the 34-year-old did not survive. The entire dynamics of the accident were declared to the police by the victim's partner, who told the police that they rented the vehicle and were neither asked for a license nor given a diving suit.

But the lack of a license and police badge are violations of occupational safety regulations by the business owner, 56-year-old Luiz Xhumari, who was arrested this Monday.

According to Durrës police, he rented the Jet Ski to two tourists without equipping them with protective suits, but only with life jackets.

The police have also suspended the activity of the subject. To fully clarify the incident, the police are also conducting checks on two English citizens, to see if they were under the influence of alcohol, although so far there is no such data./ Tv Klan
