The Special Court's disregard of Enver Sheshit's health condition had the fatal consequence that on the afternoon of January 7, he passed away at QSUT as a result of a heart attack without being able to receive specialized help due to the prison sentence he was in.

Sheshi had submitted health reasons to the GJKKO of Appeal, but was rejected by judge Iliriana Olldashi on December 29.

His family members have warned that they will report the judge of GJKKO, Ilirjana Olldashin, for unfair actions against Sheshi, as well as the prosecutors who are dealing with the incinerator file.

Moreover, Enver Sheshi was once convicted for evading with the incendiaries, but was re-arrested for the same issue.

Meanwhile, the orderers, the people with political positions who directed the whole process of abuse with the incinerators are still untouchable.
