While patrolling the beach area in order to guarantee a safe tourist season for vacationers, the Maritime Police Unit in Dhërmi noticed two citizens with a canoe that were in danger in the sea due to the waves, in the place called "Himara Bay". and it was impossible for them to return to the shore.

Immediately the Marine Police Unit went to the two citizens who turned out to be tourists from Guatemala.

The Police Services helped and brought the two tourists from Guatemala to the beach in good health.

The tourists thanked the Police for their response.
