The communications on the "Sky" application, developed between the capo of the Shkodra gang, Behar Bajri, and the prosecutor of this city, Xhevahir Lita, are very shocking, as the prosecutor of the case speaks openly on the phone with his defendant, bargaining up to 100 thousand euros for the purpose of dropping the charges and release from prison.

But this is only the tip of the iceberg, as other episodes have been recorded and intervention that the defendant Behar Bajri requested from his prosecutor, Lita, for the release of Eugen Vasos alias Brajovic and various persons, reports journalist Elton Qyno.

The conversations of a corrupt nature took place only 4 days after Behar Bajri was released from detention "313" in Tirana by judge S., who, according to SPAK, is suspected of having received a monetary amount of up to 5 million old lek, softening it in June 29, 2020 the security measure from "arrest in prison" to "obligation to appear".

Meanwhile, Xhevahir Lita had previously cleared all the charges of murder, fines, money laundering of Bajri, leaving only "Organization of gambling without permission", for which he was sentenced to several months in prison. 

But the strong indications on the involvement in corruption of the judge Sokol Shehu, are added even more, when Behar Bajri, just released from prison, offers 100 thousand euros to the prosecutor Lita to give to the judge, in order to close the file and strip him of security measure "arrest in prison" of his brother, Enver Bajri.

After being released from prison, Behari considered his problem closed, but at that time he wanted to solve the problem he had with his brother, Enver Bajri, as well.

Enver Bajri was in the same criminal file as Behar, since during an investigation carried out by Serious Crimes, he was suspected of being one of the main members of the "Bajri" group in Shkodër.

And on the basis of these suspicions during the "Oasis" operation, Enveri has been announced as an international wanted man since on September 21, 2018, the Court of Serious Crimes has set the security measure "arrest in prison" for the charge of "Cleaning the products of the crime" criminal or criminal activity".

Behar Bajri was released from prison on June 29, 2020 with decision No. 307 taken at 10:00 a.m., setting an "obligation to appear" twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.

A day later, on June 30, the prosecutor of the case Xhevahir Lita contacted his defendant, Behar Brajović alias Bajri, who uses Sky@EÇ TIV9E3, where at 16:51:35 Behar Brajović sent him messages Jewel of Lita as follows:

"...I'm a small dog...I paid my debt, brother...we're staying here, we'll find a place and stay...I'm a tyrant..."

Xvahir Lita asks him what he is doing and where he is? He also guides the "daci" on how to proceed further, sending the following messages:

"...okay, come with me on Monday...at the prosecutor's office...on Monday at 10 o'clock...".

At 17:03:31 prosecutor Xhevahir Lita sends Pëllumb Gjoka the messages: "...you're having fun with Daci, I think...heheeeee...are you... are you calm now...".

Meanwhile, three days later, on July 3, 2020, Behar Bajri wrote to Xhevahir Lita, asking him about an order for a judge they had spoken to, saying: "...how are you, are you talking to him like we used to..." and Xhevahiri returns as follows: "...yes, I spoke yesterday, I was fine...".

Behari writes to him: "...well, I don't want to say it for free...", while Xhevahiri replies: "...I know, I know...". Behari then tells him: "...what is going on with my brother's work, because I have hadh with my brother and my brother. What do you think they should have given this one...".

But Xevahiri replies: "...he is not there, he is still where you were (meaning the prison), he did not go there, so he is still with us. It is too much of a problem, it is not done...".

While Behari continues not to give up, offering 100 thousand euros to Xhevahir Lita, to share this amount with the judge and finish work for Enver Bajri as well.

Behari: "...sir, 100,000 euros is mine and for my brother and mine, and you share it with him when you take a shower, and you have 100,000 euros when you take a shower. Fix it yourself, but make sure we don't get ripped off tomorrow by who fucks with us these stories. Talk to him yourself, you don't have anything to do with him, we have it right together...and when you take a shower, we spend the day having fun together, we eat and have lunch...".

Xevahiri replies: "...bo bo, what are you talking about, we'll talk when we meet... don't talk like that, bo bo, how did you talk... on Thursday at 10:00 don't forget you went with me where you were..." (Means obligation to show up)... . "...delete today's sms because we entered it in vain...delete it now when you forget" Xhevahiri says to Behar, while the latter replies: "...hahaha ok, don't worry, I deleted them...".

And Xevahiri greets him: "...run away at night, live as long as the mountains..." "... At night, at night, thank goodness we have..." Behar Bajri replies.

Meanwhile, on the afternoon of July 3, 2020, Behar Bajri talks on "Sky" with the businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, saying: "...I spoke with Xhevi and I told him, you also have a hundred thousand for the judge, share it, I said to him, do you have a shower? , I'm going to have a good time and tell that judge so don't let me die on the job, I told him, but don't tell him about you, how come he doesn't know... that I also told him about my brother's job on the job..." .

"...like 100 thousand in vain brother??, Did you see how few have escaped so far? This job is gone, for this matter they shave your ass... Oh brother, not so much. Did you see how little that wave has gone for us, Xhevi has cleared it..." writes the businessman Pëllumb Gjoka.

While Behari replies: "...yes, I told you to do it, hang up, at least give us a good biography, because he told me about his brother's work, not like that, not like that... I know, brother, but I told him to do it, and you whore, don't bother us this story is long...".

But Pëllumbi replies: "...it doesn't take long for him, if he opens his eyes, he behaves..." and Behari replies:"...now I'm waiting for another 3 days for work in Tirana... there's no talking, I'm not going out, do you want to take off the equipment? I ordered them like I did...?. Pëllumbi: What is that apparatus for, with the waltz block? Behari: "...because it's good, when you talk to me, it's an environmental car, there's no interception...". And the Dove that says:

But on July 7, Behari wrote to Xhevahir Lita again, saying: "...I only have it on Thursdays or twice a week, when I go out with them, I go out with 5 cars... at least once a week ...to go only on Thursday..." and Xhevahiri replies: "...you have two times, but you only go on Thursday or Monday... ok...".

But Behari has forgotten the dates of the court hearings and on July 7, 2020, he asks Xhevahir Lita, saying:

"...do I have a trial, what did the lawyer tell me...", and Lita replies: "...hahahaha, I'm in the morning to deal with this matter, with the lawyer and the whole army...". "...I know, Ed, but I left it in your hands..." - the defendant Behar Bajri replies.

Again on July 7, prosecutor Lita and his defendant, Behar Bajri, talk about the half-left conversation regarding the corruption of the judge who released Behar Bajri, but the file of his brother, Enver Bajri, must now be resolved and closed.

"...Did you talk to him, so that I can do the work and give it to you...?" Behari says. While Xhevahiri replies: "...I want to prepare them so that we don't fail, I have dealt with the lawyer...".

But Behari replies: "... yes, I know, I have you as a friend and I will not forget you, inshallah you will not treat me the way you treat my brother...".

They also talk about the work of selecting the underlying case that was opened in the Shkodra prosecutor's office, and in order not to drag out the investigative case, some actions should be carried out such as interrogation and additional verifications.

For a moment, Xhevahiri writes to Behar on July 13:

"...I wanted to close it because I can transfer, but it stays and then no one does it... the problem is more with the one who is in Italy because he made the application, so I can pass it to you, it's not a matter of the phone, I have to give a statement to look at the opportunity to come..." and Behari replied: "...but tomorrow I'm taking you and I'm waiting for the ticket to come, he's coming for my brother's work because they told me I talked to you on the phone...".
