The Tirana Police has referred the activist Adriana Kalaja to the Prosecutor's Office , under the charge of intimidation due to duty.

The reason for the proceedings against Adriana Kala is her statement, where she says that " I have a more beautiful photo where I put the pistol to Edi Rama's head".

 "You know that I don't get tired of either the microphone or the pistol. I'm here to tell someone, enough was taken with my photo with a pistol because I have a more beautiful photo where I put the pistol to Edi Rama's head", she said during the last protest in front of the Tirana municipality.

For this statement, the police demand investigations for threats due to the duty of the prime minister.

This statement by Kala came after several articles about a photo of her shooting.
