The licenses of 11 notaries are revoked, four others are suspended! Ministry of Justice: 17 notarial archives were seized

The Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja has announced that during the period January-August 2024, the Ministry of Justice has intensified controls in notary offices, carrying out 42 inspections and taking measures against 22 problematic notaries.

Of them, 11 notaries have their licenses finally revoked, 4 others have been suspended, while administrative measures have been imposed on 7 notaries. Also, 17 notarial archives were seized

"During the period January-August 2024, the Ministry of Justice has intensified controls in notary offices, carrying out 42 inspections and taking measures against 22 problematic notaries!

 We are committed to protecting citizens and providing honest and legal services!", writes the minister.

The Ministry of Justice announces that the controls have come as a result of citizens' complaints
