Members of the Kaçi family were equipped with orders of protection by the Durres Court, after being raped by the driver of the Assembly Speaker Lindita Nikolla.

Peter Kaci was barbarically raped by Guard worker Martin Nikola and his brother Alfred Nikola, both already arrested by police. The sherry allegedly started after conflict for the property, while Martin Nicholas fired a pistol into the air.

He was sacked from the Guard and handcuffed by police. However, according to his testimony to police, the qerry started from the other side and he fired into the air to separate them.

"The conflict started from the other side. They came to our house and threatened us, saying we're gonna kill you, we don't want to see you on the street. We tried to lower the blood, but they were very violent and they shot us.

When I saw the situation worsen, I shot a gun in the air to avoid a more serious collision. It is the other side that has tried us in every case and didn't let us on the road. By shooting in the air I avoided a more serious confrontation between the family," Nikola told police.
