The Gjirokastra Prosecutor's Office has requested the confiscation of the assets of a citizen and persons associated with him.

The prosecution requested the confiscation of the assets of the citizen with the initials DA, as there are no legal sources for their creation.

Assets for which confiscation has been requested:

Property of the type "Truall" with a surface area of ??350m2, in the city of Gjirokastër;

Property of the type "Plot" with a surface area of ??1500m2 and a construction area of ??23 m2 in Lazarat, Gjirokastër;

Property of the type “Truall” with a surface area of ??450 m2, in Grehot, Gjirokastër;

Property of the type “Truall” with a surface area of ??1646 m2 in Grehot, Gjirokastër;

Property of the “Are” type with an area of ??7000 m2 in the village of Arshi Lengo, Gjirokastër;

Commercial building with an area of ??6500 m2, built in 2005, Kordhocë village, Lazarat;

Shop and warehouse, built in 2013 in the village of Kordhocë;

Mini-football field with an area of ??500 m2 and a one-story building with an area of ??37.2 m2, built in Lazarat;

"Mercedes Benz" car.

Announcement:

The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Gjirokastra requested the confiscation of the assets of citizen DA and persons related to him, pursuant to Law No. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On the Prevention and Suppression of Organized Crime, Trafficking and Corruption through Preventive Measures Against Assets", as amended.

At the conclusion of the preliminary investigations of property proceedings no. 2, of 2019, the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Gjirokastra requested the confiscation of assets that did not have legal sources for their creation, as follows:

Property of the type "Truall" with a surface area of ??350m2, in the city of Gjirokastër;

Property of the type "Plot" with a surface area of ??1500m2 and a construction area of ??23 m2 in Lazarat, Gjirokastër;

Property of the type “Truall” with a surface area of ??450 m2, in Grehot, Gjirokastër;

Property of the type “Truall” with a surface area of ??1646 m2 in Grehot, Gjirokastër;

Property of the “Are” type with an area of ??7000 m2 in the village of Arshi Lengo, Gjirokastër;

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Gjirokastra expresses its full commitment to the priority investigation of property proceedings as well as the sequestration/confiscation of assets in implementation of Law No. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On the Prevention and Suppression of Organized Crime, Trafficking and Corruption through Preventive Measures Against Assets".
