Tried to bribe the traffic police, 70 arrested in Tirana for a week (VIDEO)

The Tirana Traffic Police Commissariat informs that the number of arrested citizens who attempted to bribe Police officers has reached 70.

During the preventive checks for the increase of road safety parameters, the services of the Road Police Commissariat found the citizen MG, 42 years old, driving the vehicle in a drunken state. This citizen, in order to avoid legal responsibility, tried to bribe the Police officers, offering them sums of money. 

The fight against this shameful phenomenon will be intensified, either against the offenders, or against those who commit passive corruption, Police employees.

The Traffic Police appeals for compliance with the rules and invites citizens to report violations at 112.
