The ATR72-500 type plane that crashed yesterday evening near Sao Paolo in Brazil causing 62 deaths, was in the fleet of the former Albanian company "Belle Air"!

Journalist Emirjon Senja writes that the verification of the aircraft's ownership history  shows that it was taken into use by Belle Air in June 2010 and a few months later it was transferred to Belle Air Europe for use again in July 2012 to early 2014.

Until 2022 the plane was used by Pelita Air in Indonesia and then it was used by the Brazilian company #voepass until yesterday's tragedy.

The aircraft had a configuration for 68 passengers and was used for regional flights.
