The murder of 68-year-old Naim Bajri this morning in Shkodra has brought back the series of serious crimes in the northern city after several months of calm. He worked as a fish trader and was executed while drinking his morning coffee. Along with Bajri was also his employee, who is injured in serious health condition in the hospital.

Journalist Artan Hoxha has given details about the sensational murders of recent months and years in Shkodra, emphasizing that it is the fault of justice that does not do its job leading to such a situation in the northern city.

Hoxha said that these murders are a continuation of unsolved events and it seems that the relatives of the victims no longer wait for justice to be done, but do justice themselves.

"We have two types of events in Shkodra. The first are events such as assassinations of persons who are relatives of previous victims in Shkodra. These are murders that are the sequel to unsolved events. Apparently they no longer expect justice to act on their own. The solution itself means that you no longer select who may be the victim, but kill anyone who is close to the opponents.

The second nature of crimes are events that have to do with stories targeting police forces. In recent days alone, at least four police officers have been hit by explosives. They are police officers on the ground who deal with the control of the territory ", said Artan Hoxha on Abc Live.

The journalist said that because of the way criminal groups are structured in Shkodra, such as the tribal base, the killers are within the criminal groups as they do not trust others outside their circle.
