It is known that the victim, Naim Bajri, is a fish trader in the "Rus" neighborhood brand.

At the time of the incident, he was drinking coffee with one of his employees, who was injured.

The two men were shot by a vehicle, 10 times and as a result Bajri was left dead on the spot. Meanwhile, a vehicle was found burned in the Shkodra Bypass.
