SPAK sends the file for trial against officials of the Divjaka Municipality

Municipality of Divjaka

SPAK has completed the investigations against officials of the Divjaka Municipality and has sent the file for trial to the GJKKO.

The defendants are Dorjan Spaho, Sara Xhepa (Doko), Rokled Malko, Fatos Veliu, Vojsava Leccini and Elbareta Nishica, the latter serving as director of Territorial Development Planning.

They have been charged with "violation of equality in public tenders or auctions", committed in collaboration.

According to information, it concerns three tender procedures conducted by the Municipality of Divjaka, with a total value of around 1 million euros. The investigation has been launched as a follow-up to a fraction of another file.
