There is an unwritten code in the world of fraudulent call centers. They never introduce you by your real name. They lure you in with the guarantee "the more you invest, the more you earn."

According to the British National Crime Agency, engaged in international investigations that also involve Albanian investigators, it turns out that most computer fraud calls are made from virtual numbers, otherwise known as VOIP.

An organization between humanity and cybernetics that has financially ruined thousands of Europeans, rendering them hopeless to the point where the deceived person announces in wiretaps that he will end his life.

SPAK lists unfortunate and extreme cases of extortion, carried out by a call center, based on investigative interaction with partners who, through registered mail, announce the conversation between the victim and the fraudulent service, which guaranteed the scheme of reimbursement of the invested money.

"Fabio talks to Irina, crying and complaining about the investment of 31 thousand euros and that he has no more money, after risking everything he had and is considering suicide. Irina tells him that he has to pay a commission for the transfers, equal to 4,500 euros. Fabio informs her that he has paid the last 4 thousand euros he had for the commissions of the two transfers. Irina replies that they do not care if it is the last money, since Fabio has to pay another tax that is due to the bank in England."

In an interview for "Exclusive" with Anila Hoxha, Mateo Deruda, a victim of call centers, says:

"I practically lost all my and my wife's savings. I didn't know who the people who had contacted me were, I didn't know that they were Albanians and the names were different: English, German, Scottish and Italian. I didn't understand that they weren't like that. They were very skilled and capable of asking for personal and family information (what I did, what I ate, where I went, education). I trusted them and they gave me the opportunity to grow financially by giving them money. I also gave them information about the sports I followed, because they created a confidential environment for me. They told me not to worry, that with us you will win 1 million euros, and I gave them my money. I began to understand when the online platform disappeared and I didn't see anyone anymore."/ TCH
