The police of North Macedonia conducted yesterday a mega-operation to strike a group of international cocaine traffic from Latin America, but also responsible for several murders.

According to the messages in the "Sky ECC" application and the investigations, it is learned that among the accused persons is also the drug boss Sheval Muaremi, who lives in Dubai.

In connection with Albania, the murder of an Albanian drug trafficker identified as Shyqyri Beu alias Tauland Beu alias Riku Beu, 35 years old from Kavaja, who was found buried on May 15, 2020 in Gorna Matka in Skopje, as well as the transport of 1 kg of cocaine from Albania to North Macedonia.

On 25.01.2024, the Bureau for Public Security in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Security Agency, under the leadership of the Basic Public Prosecution for Organized Crime and Corruption Skopje, with the support of Europol and the joint investigative team LIMIT from the Member States, France , Belgium and the Netherlands, took coordinated measures and activities in order to release from liberty persons who are suspected of being members of an organized international criminal group involved in organizing the procurement of the drug cocaine and committing serious crimes of murder.

The activity of police officers from the Public Security Bureau is the result of a multi-month investigation led by the public prosecutors of the Basic Public Prosecution for the Pursuit of Organized Crime and Corruption, within which sufficient evidence was provided that in the period from December 2019 until March 2021, in the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia, the reported Sh. M. (46) from the village of Grcec, together with two other people, the now deceased OB and JK, organized a criminal group, whose members became several people.

The organized criminal group was formed with the purpose of committing crimes, murders for revenge, while the people who organized it made decisions and created plans about who, when, where and in what way life would be deprived, and their decisions and plans have implemented personally or through members of the organized criminal group, who have accepted and implemented them.

Gjithashtu, ky grup i organizuar kriminal që vepronte në nivel ndërkombëtar organizoi trafikimin e lëndës narkotike kokainë nga vendet e Amerikës së Jugut, në radhë të parë Kolumbia, Ekuadori, Brazili, Peruja dhe Bolivia, transferimin e saj në vendet e Bashkimit Evropian, si dhe një pjesë ishte i destinuar për tregun e drogës në Republikën e Maqedonisë së Veriut. 
Planet dhe marrëveshjet për kryerjen e krimeve ky grup kriminal i bënte nëpërmjet kontakteve të drejtpërdrejta ose nëpërmjet telefonave të koduar në të cilët ishte i instaluar aplikacioni “SKY”, i cili përdorej nga anëtarët e grupit të organizuar kriminal.

Nga masat e deritanishme është konstatuar dhe dokumentuar se ky grup i organizuar kriminal në periudhën e sipërpërmendur ka organizuar dy transporte kokaine nga vendet e Amerikës Latine drejt vendeve të Bashkimit Evropian dhe Republikës së Maqedonisë së Veriut, përkatësisht 
- Transporti i 435 kilogramëve kokainë e blerë nga grupi në Brazil, Amerikën e Jugut dhe transportuar me ujë në portin e Antëerp, Mbretëria e Belgjikës, sasia e së cilës u konfiskua nga doganierët në Antëerp, me një pjesë së sasisë së përmendur e destinuar për të përfunduar në tregun ilegal në Republikën e Maqedonisë së Veriut.

– Transporti i 106 kilogramëve të lëndës narkotike kokainë që ka mbërritur nga Peruja në Roterdam të Holandës dhe pas mbërritjes në portin e Roterdamit një pjesë e saj është dashur të transportohet në Republikën e Maqedonisë së Veriut.

Grupi i organizuar kriminal organizoi edhe disa transporte kokaine nga Belgjika në RMV, si dhe nga Shqipëria në Republikën e Maqedonisë së Veriut. Në një rast është organizuar transferimi i gjashtë kilogramëve lëndë narkotike kokainë nga Belgjika për në RMV, në dy raste është organizuar transferimi i katër kilogramëve kokainë dhe në një rast është organizuar transportimi i një kilogrami lëndë narkotike kokainë nga Republika e Shqipërisë në Republikën e Maqedonisë së Veriut.

Anëtarët e këtij grupi të organizuar kriminal, i cili vepronte jo vetëm në nivel kombëtar, por edhe ndërkombëtar dhe si rezultat i aktiviteteve të tyre kriminale lidhur me tregtinë e paligjshme të drogave narkotike, fituan burime të konsiderueshme financiare, të cilat i investuan në ndërtimin e shtëpive luksoze, blerja e pasurive të paluajtshme dhe ndërtimi i objekteve hotelierike luksoze, të cilat do të jenë objekt i hetimeve financiare me qëllim konfiskimin e tyre.

Si rezultat i hetimeve dhe të dhënave të marra, janë siguruar provat se organizatori i grupit kriminal Sh.M., së bashku me anëtarët e grupit kanë organizuar dhe kryer tentativën për të vrarë një person nga fshati Bardovci, vrasjen e një shtetasi shqiptar trupi i të cilit u gjet më 15 maj 2020 në fshatin Gorna Matka të Shkupit dhe vrasja e dyfishtë e ndodhur më 5 mars 2021, kur në Shkup u vra A.B. dhe B.V.

(46), DI (50), FB (45), BA (44), RS (41), SA (44), M.Ch. (27), SS (36), Sh.A. (27), Sh.B. (20), NI (44), EI (25), FS (43), Sh.S. (40), MD (41) and OP (43).

As a result of today's activities and raids carried out in 20 locations in Skopje, p. Grcec and other countries, six of the reported have been deprived of liberty, some of the reported are staying outside the RMV for a long time, while one RS person (42) is already deprived of liberty in Spain. During the controls, a large amount of money, luxury cars, etc. were seized.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs, in coordination with the PRB for the KKKK, after issuing the arrest warrants for the persons who are outside the Republic of North Macedonia, will undertake coordinated measures with the support of EUROPOL in order to deprive them of their freedom . The Ministry of Internal Affairs will continue the activities in the next period in order to prove other crimes committed by this criminal group, as well as by other criminal collaborators.
