How Florenc Gjikuria "pocketed" the coast from Dhërmiu to Himare, the file is being prepared for SPAK

Florenc Gjikuria, otherwise known as Lenci, is known by the villagers of Dhërmi as the "Thief" and the "Destroyer" of the village and the most beautiful coast of Ionia. He is one of the most disliked persons by the residents of Dhërmi and Himara, because through forgery he "robbed" the lands near the sea.

Owner of "Drymades Inn" in the most coveted Drimades line. "Strategic Investor" with three complexes, "White Roads Hotel", "Coast to Coast", "Santorini Drymades", which will circulate over 250 million euros, Florenc Gjikuria turns from a property robber into an oligarch of tourist resorts and concessions in no time the eyes.

The "100 villages" program that started in 2018 in the village of Dhërmi made Florenc Gjikuri the most hated man in the area, after he fraudulently bought about 50 "ruined" houses of the old village of Dhërmi through a scheme created with Jorgo Goro, the mayor of the Municipality Himara.

Jorgo did not give permission to the villagers for the reconstruction of the old houses that were falling apart...to take them to the "mouth" of Lenci.

He told them that the houses were no longer worth a single lek, so they were forced to sell them for 3.4 million old lek to Gjikurija.

The Goro-Gjikuria scheme worked before the "revitalization of squares and facades" project money, because Florenc Gjikuria had to buy the old houses of the village with the money stolen from the "100 villages" program.

About 30 houses "bought" by the deceived villagers are at the top of the village the trophy of Florenc Gjikuri, on which he built the "Zoa Hora" resort.

Some houses in this resort have not been sold and their owners accuse Lenci of being a thief who stole and forged their "papers".

The luxury resort built on frauds, forgeries, welcomes every summer politicians, ambassadors and journalists who are "admired" by Gjikuria.

Old houses, stolen from the old village of Dhërmi, have been donated to some well-known journalists and politicians, so that the state and the media will be silent forever about the biggest robbery that has been done to Dhërmi in 500 years.

Lenc Gjikuria has done the theft of houses in the village of Dhërmi, the falsification of dozens of AMTPs, documentation of lands and plots from Dhërmi to Himare with the help of his close friend, the famous notary Ermal Hamzaj.

Notary Hamzaj, Florenc Gjikuria, Jorgo Goro and several heads of institutions in the Vlorë region, including two prosecutors, several mortgage officers and a former police chief, are preparing to be reported to SPAK by a group of villagers from Dhërmi, to denounce the theft of half of the old village of Dhërmi, but also for thousands of square meters of looted land on the coast line Dhërmi-Himarë.
