Yesterday, a scandalous case was reported in the Mat municipality where the city ring road inaugurated 6 months ago collapsed in 4 different places, preventing traffic on this road axis and putting the lives of drivers at risk.

This infrastructure project, financed by ARRSH, was built by the company ULZA sh.pk of Ndue Shpan.

After the collapse, a video of the latter appearing with his nephew Eldorin Shpanin , the administrator of the Mat municipality, went viral on social networks.

Collapsed road in Mat municipality:

Eldorin Shpani expresses his consideration for the mayor of Mati at the time, Agron Malaj, who is today a member of parliament for the Socialist Party.

Shpani says that for the next 100 years there will be no mayor like Malaj, claiming that the projects during his leadership will be 'unrepeatable' in the future.

"Agron's example as mayor will be repeated in 100 years. There will be no more mayors like him," says Eldorin Shpani in the video.

This statement was also supported by his relative, builder Ndue Shpani, who said: " Agron, as Eldorini says ." 


A fund of 1.3 million euros from the state budget was used to build the road that collapsed in 6 months.
