The police have clarified the dynamics of the serious incident in Klos, at the place called " Halilit Bridge ", where a vehicle was found in the flow of a stream.
The Blues explain that there were two people in the vehicle, the 24-year-old driver Andi Llosha and the 30-year-old passenger Jurgen Karaj .
Llosha managed to get out of the car and escaped, while Karaj is suspected to have been swept away by the current of the stream.
In connection with the incident, police have arrested 24-year-old Llosha, after he left the scene and did not provide assistance to Karaj inside the vehicle.
Llosha also underwent an alcohol test, which revealed that he was driving while intoxicated, while the search for 30-year-old Karaj continues.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.

At around 01:30, information was received that at the place called the bridge of the village of Dars, administrative unit of Klos, an "Audi" type vehicle, with English license plates, had left the road and fallen into the stream of the village of Dars.
Police and fire services immediately went to the scene.
The rapid actions taken by the Police services made it possible to identify the driver of the vehicle, citizen AL, 24 years old, resident of the village of Fullqet, Klos.
Based on the actions, it is suspected that there was also a passenger in the vehicle, citizen JK, 30 years old, resident of the village of Fullqet, who is suspected to have been swept away by the current of the stream.
During the actions to clarify the circumstances of the accident, the Police services captured and arrested citizen AL, 24 years old, who is suspected of having left the scene after causing the accident.
This citizen underwent an alcohol test, which revealed that he was driving while intoxicated.
Meanwhile, RENEA divers, police services and firefighters continue searching the Dars village stream to find the passenger, citizen JK. The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
