The person you see in the photo is 30-year-old Jurgen Karaj, who went missing after the car he was in as a passenger fell into a stream in Klos. 

Together with the 30-year-old was also 24-year-old Andi Llosha, the latter the driver of the vehicle. 

But as the police explained, Llosha managed to get out of the car and escaped, while Karaj is suspected to have been swept away by the current of the stream.

In connection with the incident, police arrested 24-year-old Llosha, after he left the scene and failed to provide assistance to Karaj inside the vehicle.

Llosha also underwent an alcohol test, which revealed that he was driving while intoxicated, while the search for 30-year-old Karaj continues.

Meanwhile, the procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
