The owner of the "Laguna" beach in Ksamil has been declared wanted by the police.

The 60-year-old Resul Piro is accused of having built and placed 120 tents and 240 sunbeds without permission on a surface that is the property of the state and on another that is his property.

The umbrellas and sunbeds were seized during an action by the police. So, three IVMT employees in Saranda Municipality are under investigation for the case.

V.XH., EZ and BK, 62, 48 and 37 years old, are accused of having allowed construction without permission by Resul Piro by not acting. Investigations are underway for 4 criminal offences.
