The country's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has presented another successful step towards the modernization of public services in the country.
The head of government, in a post on social media, writes that the Certificate of Professional Training (CAP) will now be automatically included in the driving license as Code 95, thus avoiding the need for a separate card.
This new approach, Rama adds, avoids bureaucracy, makes the process of obtaining the document easier, and significantly reduces costs for citizens.
"This innovation avoids bureaucracy, reduces costs for citizens and simplifies the process of obtaining this document," Rama writes.
This decision will facilitate transport workers and drivers, who until now would have had to carry an additional document to prove their professional qualification.
