A 33-year-old man was stabbed to death in Divjaka. The victim has been identified as Besmir Kumria. 

The incident is said to have occurred after a conflict in a bar in the village of Kryekuq on Tuesday evening. The perpetrator remains at large. 

The incident took place outside a cafe. According to preliminary information, the perpetrator arrived by car, drove towards the table where the victim was standing with a knife in his hand, and immediately stabbed him, leaving him dead on the spot.

Police sources say that witnesses have stated that they do not know the perpetrator, who acted without a mask, but the incident was not recorded by security cameras as none of the three bars near the scene have them installed.

Kumria worked in Himara and had come to his hometown to accompany his wife, who had left for Germany where she had found work as a nurse. The victim's body is in the Lushnja morgue.
