The director of OSHEE in Lezhë, Edmir Perndreca, 43 years old, was raped by some still unidentified persons this evening. The event took place in the Shënkolli area.
Sources indicate that Perndreca was found inside the car with fractures in several parts of the body. He was first transported to the hospital in Lezha, but after receiving first aid there, he then went to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana.
