The person you see in the photo below is 39-year-old Vladimir (Valmir) Kola, 39 years old, born in Pukë and a resident of Shengjin, who is wanted, as he is suspected of being the author of the murder of 39-year-old Briken Sanaj, on the night of October 30 at the "Hill of the Sun".

An international arrest warrant has been issued for him, as he is suspected to be abroad. The murder is suspected to have happened due to blood feud as the Kola and Sanaj families were in conflict for over 10 years due to the molestation of a girl.

In 2010, the conflict escalated and Briken Sanaj's younger brother injured one of the sons of the Kola family. An enmity started between the families that, despite efforts to reconcile, did not materialize. They made controlled movements, because of this conflict, and did not expose themselves in public.

Along with Vladimir (Valmir) Kola, two people from Peja of Kosovo were declared wanted: Kened Antoni, 49 years old, and Gjelosh Krasniqi, 25 years old.

From the investigative actions, it was found that Kened Antoni sold the vehicle "Mercedes Benz" to Gjelos Krasniqi, on October 24, and on this date, they brought this vehicle into the territory of Albania and made it available to Vladimir (Valmir ) Kola, who used the vehicle to carry out the murder of Briken Sanaj.

On the night of October 30, Sanaj was locking the car at the garage of the building where he lived and met three familiar people on the sidewalk.

The 39-year-old was initially in Lezhë, at his cousin's wedding. When the wedding was over, they brought the bride to Tirana to the palace where she had been living for more than a year. When he got out of the car, he was shot dead from close range by a moving car.

The perpetrators have managed to leave and their "Benz" type car was found burnt after the incident, in Qafë Kashar, while a Kalashnikov was found inside it. According to information, the car had stolen license plates just a few days before the event in Tirana.
