SPAK'S INVESTIGATION INTO THE CASE OF JAN PRENGĂ

According to the SPAK file, the kidnapping of Jan Prenga was ordered from Ecuador, by citizen Dritan Rexhepi and citizen Gentjan Funiqi, because the victim's brother had stolen a quantity of cocaine from them in England.

The Prosecution's file stated that there are reasonable suspicions that citizen Jan Prenga, after being kidnapped in Kamza, was taken to the 'Golden' complex immediately after the incident and held hostage there, and that the persons who own and administer this complex are involved in the kidnapping and holding hostage of citizen Jan Prenga.

Also, from the explanations of citizen Tan Prenga's brother, Anton Prenga, it appears that he is aware of the motive for the kidnapping and holding of Jan Prenga hostage, which is the theft of a quantity of 260 kg of narcotics, cocaine, in England, by his other brother, Astrit Prenga and his friend, Gëzim Dollani.

He also knows who the organizers and kidnappers of Jan Prenga are, citizens Gentjan Doçaj, Korado Geshtenja, Korado Bleta and Gramos (Dritan) Rexhepi, as the latter have contacted their brother Astrit Prenga in England for the return of the narcotics and would then release Jan.
