Guinness World's Largest Cranberry Grows!
The world's largest cranberry

A giant cranberry has officially entered the record book this week after reaching a full 20.04 grams.

The fruit was picked on November 13 and the record for the largest cranberries was confirmed this week, a Guinness World Records spokesperson told CNN.

The record-breaking blueberry kernel is 39.31 millimeters wide, roughly the same size as a table tennis ball.

The cranberry was grown in Corindi, New South Wales, Australia, by the staff of the blueberry grower Costa Group.

"While the fruit is large, there is absolutely no compromise on quality or flavour as one would expect when developing a premium variety of blueberry," said the farmers who grew it.
