Rama 'irritated' with the mayor of Dropulli: Oh, what's wrong with you? You're making strange gestures...

Prime Minister Edi Rama, at the end of his speech during the meeting with the mayors of the country's municipalities, became 'irritated' with Dhimitër Toli, the mayor of Dropulli.

 "Oh, Dhimo, what's wrong? You've been making some strange gestures since the beginning. There's no water in Dropull, what's wrong?" Rama addresses him.
