A 15-year-old was injured by gunfire on the Tirana-Durrës highway, in Fushë-Mëzez.

Police say he showed up at the hospital this evening and is under the care of doctors.

The circumstances of the incident remain unclear.

Police Announcement:

On 30.01.2025, at around 20:30, a 15-year-old minor was presented to the Trauma Hospital, suspected of having been injured with a firearm, under still unclear circumstances, in Fushë-Mëzez. The minor is under the care of doctors.

The Police Services, together with the investigative group, are working to clarify the circumstances and legally document the case.
