The Special Court ordered "prison arrest" for Italian Cosimo Notaristefano , who was arrested as part of SPAK's action against a call center suspected of financial fraud, in one of Tirana's towers.

It is learned that before the black squads, Notaristefano said that he was employed and that he had no knowledge of the scheme alleged by SPAK.

He stated that he provided technical service, and that he had no function over investments made by foreign citizens.

Notaristefano stated in court that he suffers from numerous health problems and requested any other measure, including the imposition of a financial guarantee, in addition to imprisonment.

The Italian said he was unaware that he was being sought and was on his way to his country, as he does once every two months.

We recall that the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC) has imposed the security measure "prison arrest" on 6 people involved in this suspected criminal activity.
