Researcher Adri Nurellari has filed a complaint on social networks.

Nurellari has proven how the concessionaire of the Nation's road, specifically the "Albanian Highway Concession" owned by Shefqet Kastrati and Pëllumb Salillari, steals from Albanians every day.

From the invoice published by Nurellari, it can be seen how the concessionaire abuses the exchange rate,

While today at the Bank of Albania, the exchange rate against the euro is 115.4 Lek per Euro, the Concessionaire calculates it at about 130.0.

Thus, calculating the 5 Euro fee that each car must pay, out of 580 Lek, a traveler pays 660.

So for every passing car, the Concessionaire pockets 73 cents or 80 ALL.

Nurellari is ironic at the end of his post, saying that society does not revolt when it is stolen, but is mainly concerned about Luis's adventures in Big Brother.

" The official exchange rate against the euro, of the Central Bank of Albania, is today 115.04 Lek per €. The national highway concessionaire has a €5 contract but receives 660 Lek, which is €5.73. So steal 73 cents for each pass.

I'm surprised that they restrain themselves and steal so little while we have a society that doesn't revolt about the extortions and injustices that happen but is mainly concerned about Luis's adventures in Big Brother .
