The release of footage of the death of 32-year-old Lear Kurti seems to "reveal" the State Police and the Police Surveillance Agency, which is headed by Ardi Veliu.

If the images are compared with the statements of the Police and AMP, strong suspicions arise that the latter tried to manipulate the event.

AMP stated that Lear Kurti was standing in front of a business, while in the video he is seen walking down the street with a cell phone in his hand.

Another conflicting detail is his death. AMP stated that they took him to the hospital alive, while the Trauma hospital stated that the young man arrived dead. But, even in the footage published exclusively by Vox News.al, Leart Kurti is seen on the ground unconscious, as the officers try to lift him by force.

The only claim that falls is the exercise of violence against the 32-year-old, but this does not mean that the Police are not guilty. The operatives should not have touched Kurt at all, in that state where he was unconscious lying on the ground, and even worse they should have handcuffed him or even escorted him to the police station as the three operatives did.

Mbrëmjen e 19 Tetorit, lear Kurti pasi ka vrapuar për rreth 200 metra, i ndjekur nga patrulla e Policisë, mes rrugicave midis rrugës “Riza Çuka” dhe “Don Bosko”, ai është rrëzuar pa ndjenja dhe është kapur nga punonjësit e Policisë, vend në të cilin kanë qëndruar 7 minuta.
