The Chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, denounced today that the interview with businessman Behgjet Pacolli has, according to him, revealed another corrupt affair involving Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

Bardhi accuses that the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, in addition to predetermining the winner of the concession for the construction of the Vlora airport, Belinda Balluku, also determined the subcontractors who would carry out the works for the construction of the airport structures.

"This episode is about the construction of a hangar worth 21.2 million euros, for which, as businessman Pacolli says, Belinda Balluku had given her word to an Italian company," Bardhi emphasizes.

The interview with businessman Behgjet Pacolli sheds light on another corruption affair involving Belinda Balluku. In addition to predetermining the winner of the concession for the construction of the Vlora airport, Belinda Balluku also determined the subcontractors who would carry out the works for the construction of the airport structures.

This episode concerns the construction of a hangar worth 21.2 million euros, for which, according to businessman Pacolli, Belinda Balluku had given the floor to an Italian company. At this meeting held at the prime minister's office, Edi Rama was also present, who was not only aware of his deputy's affairs, but also fully approved them.

Without wasting time, SPAK should administer this interview as evidence of the major corruption of Edi Rama and Belinda Balluku with the Vlora airport concession. The Rama-Balluku duo should be urgently summoned to SPAK and held criminally responsible for this affair of hundreds of millions of euros to the detriment of the State Budget and the Albanian economy.
