A 60-year-old Albanian man was arrested in North Miami for sexual harassment of a minor. It is known that Skender Halili, 60 years old, tried to molest a 10-year-old girl several times in the pool of the apartment complex where he lived.

The incident occurred at the Villa Laguna pool at the SoLé Mia complex, located at 2200 SoLé Mia Square Lane in the Biscayne Landing Township development. A witness who saw the whole incident under the pool through goggles, said that Halili grabbed the minor's leg from below in an attempt to touch her genital organ on her bathing suit.

It is learned that the 60-year-old is the father of the well-known VIP photographer, Klevin Halili. The latter has not yet made any reaction regarding the event.

It is understood that security cameras captured "numerous interactions" between the two, but said the touching happened underwater and was not "particularly visible". The minor, when asked about the incident, said that Halil deliberately positioned himself near her toys to catch her.

Police said Halil grabbed the minor by the waist and put her on his lap and grabbed her bottom over her bathing suit, but the 10-year-old tried to swim away.

The reports did not specify who called the police, but authorities said Halili was still in the pool when they arrived at the scene. During an interview at the North Miami police station, authorities said Halili, through an Albanian interpreter, told police he may have touched her while swimming, but indicated it was accidental.

Police also said that the night before, the girl reported that Halil had "stomped" on her leg while she was swimming, but believed that was the only unintentional incident between the three. Police arrested Halil on felony charges of indecent and indecent molestation of a child under 12 and attempted molestation of a child under 12, as well as two misdemeanor counts.
