The Special Appeal of GKKO has left in force the security measures "arrest in prison" for Redi Molla, Mariglen Qato and Taulant Tusha.
Judge Florjan Kalaja also decided to leave in force the seizure of the assets of the former municipal directors within the "5D" file.
The appeal of GJKKO has aggravated the legal positions for Mariglen Qato and Redi Molla, considering them as a structured criminal group.
In the decision, it is argued that the GJKKO Appeal does not agree with the qualification of the criminal offense by SPAK and the First Degree, as "simple cooperation" as a form of cooperation that existed between Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato.
Molla and Qato are being tried for corruption and hiding wealth, together with Taulant Tushen, arrested earlier by SPAK.
