The new head of SPAK, Altin Dumani , has started the task by announcing an aggressive fight against corruption for officials of every level and organized crime.

During his presentation to the staff this Monday, Dumani said that this will be the second phase of the Special Prosecutor's Office which will not tolerate any law breaker. As he emphasized the challenges that await him in his work, Dumani said that the cooperation with BKH will be very close.

In the Special Prosecutor's Office there are a number of cases where there are doubts about the involvement of high politicians, from the investigation of the former president of the Republic Ilir Meta , the case of Gërdeci , where Aldo Bumçi was to testify a few days ago , the case of incinerators where it is being investigated, or new facts have come out about Arben Ahmetaj , the issue of sterilization or even other issues that are considered sensitive and of great importance. It remains to be seen how Dumani will act to push these issues forward.

Altin Dumani sapo të hapë derë e zyrë së drejtuesit të SPAK, 8 dosjet e bujshme me emrat e politikanëve më të lartë, ai do ketë në dorë dosjen e inceneratorëve (ku pritet të nisin hetimet për ish-ministrin Arben Ahmetaj), denoncimet për çiftin Ilir Meta dhe Monika Kryemadhi, dosjen e Teatrit, Gerdecit, sterilizimit (ku bën pjesë ish-ministri Ilir Beqaj), check-up, ish-kompleksin Partizani dhe CEZ-DIA.

Drejtuesi i ri i SPAK duhet tu ‘tërheq veshin’ dy prokurorëve , Klodian Braho dhe Ened Nakuçi  që  kanë trajtuar me dy standarde provat e siguruara nga e-mailet që kanë gjetur te kompjuterët dhe telefoni i Klodian Zotos në çështjen që lidhet me inceneratorin e Elbasanit.

Dy prokurorët  e  SPAK, Klodian Braho dhe Ened Nakuçi sapo janë kallëzuar penalisht për shkelje të rënda të procedurës dhe shpërdorim detyre. Në denoncimi  e bërë nga gazetari Adriatik Doçi thuhet se, dy prokurorët e SPAK kanë fshehur hetimet, për të mbrojtur Arben Ahmetajn.

VoxNews ka qenë një ndër mediat kryesore që ka denoncuar skandalin  e ish-ministrit, Arben Ahmetajt  ku biznesmeni në kërkim Klodian Zoto, ka paguar mijëra euro për qëndrimet në hotele luksoze të Arben Ahmetajt.

Kallëzimi i gazetarit Doçi pretendon se mospërfshirja e këtyre emaile-ve,  ka qenë e qëllimshme dhe akuzon dy prokurorët Klodian Braho dhe Ened Nakuçi për shpërdorim detyre dhe veprime që pengojnë zbardhjen e së vërtetës.  Doç kërkon nga gjykata që ndaj dy prokurorëve të caktohet masa e sigurisë arrest me burg për shkak të rrezikshmërisë që paraqesin për prishjen e provave.
