The complete file on the murder of Menduh Kurt-deda gives a complete overview of how the event happened, from its beginning. The victim was the owner of the foundation, while Marjeta worked as a secretary, and the file does not mention that the pair had an intimate relationship with each other. Marjeta Karaj and Menduh Kurt-Deda, there have been constant disagreements regarding the financing and management of the association's funds.

Marjeta has claimed that she owed him 1 million lek, but that Menduh Kurtdeda has categorically denied such a debt. This is also understood from the testimony given by Gazmir Ngota, the friend of Marjeta's son, Besmir, both accomplices in crime. Referring to Gazmir's testimony, Marjeta accused Menduhu that his brother died because of his fault.

A key witness was also Faik Stojna, with whom he initially had an intimate relationship with Marjeta Karaj, but who later also had a dispute with her about a debt through them, even as it was revealed earlier, he threatened her "will I will burn you like Menduhin".
